Lena is known for her intimate and intense live performances as well as having several of her song's featured in TV-series like 90210, Scrubs, Felicity, Nikita, Alias, and Miami Social.

Greta went on to work with Italian artists The Bloody Beetroots on their second album ‘Hide’ [Ultra], and since started releasing solo material in 2013.

She grew up in Froðba, Faroe Islands, and Kastrup, Denmark, and currently lives in Porkeri, Faroe Islands with her family. Both of her parents are Faroese.

She has released three full studio albums and has released an EP called "Taking Ship" on January 24, 2014 in the United States, in February in Europe. Taking Ship has seven songs which are poems by Heinrich Heine in English translation, except for one of Heine's poems which is in Faroese translation by Poul F. Joensen, Tú hevur tær dýrastu perlur.
