Iker Casillas Fernández (born 20 May 1981) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Portuguese club Porto and the Spain national team as a goalkeeper. In 2008 he was the captain of the Spanish team that won their first European Championship in 44 years, the Spanish team that went on to win Spain's first World Cup in 2010 (a tournament in which he won the Golden Glove also known as the Yashin Award) and the 2012 European Championship.

Tony Steven Casillas (born October 26, 1963) is a retired American football defensive lineman in the National Football League from 1986 through 1997. While at the University of Oklahoma he helped win the 1985 NCAA National Championship. He also won the Lombardi Award in 1985 and was the 1985 UPI Lineman of the Year. Casillas was also part of the Dallas Cowboys back to back victories in Super Bowl XXVII and XXVIII. In 2004, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.
Martín Casillas (1556–1618) was a Spanish architect, and responsible for the construction of the Cathedral of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico in the sixteenth century. In recognition of his work, Casillas was rewarded with lands and property in the highlands of Jalisco, which have been inhabited by major descendents.
