    The Little Lulu Show (1995)


    The Little Lulu Show is a Canadian/American animated television series based on the Marjorie Henderson Buell comic book character Little Lulu. The show was produced by CINAR Animation after Buell's death in 1993, and aired on HBO Family in the United States and on, CTV, and the Family Channel in Canada from 1995 to 1999. In Canada, reruns are currently being shown on both the English and French versions of Teletoon Retro. The series centered on the life and adventures of Lulu Moppet and Tubby Thompkins. Between stories (that are called "LuluToon"), they showed stand-up comedy that Lulu hosted and a series of mini musical episodes which are called "Lulu-Bite".

In conjunction with these problems, PBS "Ready-to-Learn" guides were created for teachers in America to use in the classrooms. The educational objectives of the show support a child's development of his/her identity, reinforced through lateral thinking and the use of a child's magnitude to absorb daily challenges.

    Waynehead is a Saturday morning animated series created by American actor Damon Wayans. It was produced by Warner Bros. Animation and Nelvana. It ran on Kids' WB from 1996–1997. It is about a young boy named Damien "Damey" Wayne from a poor background with a club foot and was based on Wayans' own childhood in the Chelsea neighborhood in the New York City Borough of Manhattan. Actors cast in the show included Gary Coleman, Orlando Brown and Marlon Wayans. Waynehead lasted for only one season.

    Mowgli: The New Adventures of the Jungle Book is an American live action television series based on the Mowgli stories from the Rudyard Kipling novels, The Jungle Book and The Second Jungle Book. A contemporary adaptation, the series has Mowgli joined on his adventures by a young American girl named, Nahbiri, who has accompanied her widowed doctor father to Jabalpur, India. The show was created by Timothy Scott Bogart, Guy Toubes, and James Hereth and produced by Wolfcrest Entertainment and Franklin/Waterman Worldwide, and distributed internationally by Alliance Entertainment. It premiered on the Fox Kids Network in the United States on February 7, 1998 and ran until March 21, 1998.

    Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Kids is a computer-animated television special from Nelvana that premiered on Treehouse TV and Nick Jr. on March 31, 2003. It was based on David Kirk's book series of the same name and serves as the pilot to the show Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends. Voices included Brooke Shields, Rick Moranis and Tony Jay. The characters are CGI animated insects and arachnids in a relatively natural setting, but with anthropomorphic qualities appropriate for a children's story.

    Where's Huddles? is a Hanna-Barbera animated television program which premiered on CBS on July 1, 1970 and ran for ten episodes as a summer replacement show (for The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour) until September 2 (repeats were shown on the network's Sunday afternoon schedule in the summer of 1971). It was similar in style to the studio's considerably more successful The Flintstones, and it used several of the same essential plots and voice actors. Also, like The Flintstones, and unlike many other animated series, Where's Huddles? aired in the evening during prime time, had a laugh track, and had somewhat adult themes. All ten episodes were produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera.

The show featured older 1959–62 Famous Studios cartoons, mostly Noveltoons and "Modern Madcaps" which were shown as "Harveytoons", and 26 new Casper the Friendly Ghost episodes that were created specifically for this show (animated by Paramount Cartoon Studios), though all of them originally ran in the first 1963–1964 season. Several Minisodes of the show are available to view for free on Crackle. All voices in the Casper episodes were performed by Norma MacMillan and Bradley Bolke.
